Hi, someone help me

Someone knows where can i get some info about world cup tickets, i know in www.fifaworldcup.com but the problem is this:

I've been assigned with some tickets which i already payed. I've sent my deposit bills by fax twice and i have not received any answer neither by e-mail. So I need a telephone number and talk personally if possible in spanish with someone who can help me.

I've received an e-mail and it says that I have to pay my tickets before November 30th but I ALREADY PAY!!! :cry: :cry:

have you tried going on the fifa website and clicking on the Organization tab. it takes you to a page where you can find contact in the column down the left click on it and it opens a page where you can contact them for help with either ticketing or general enquiries. if i were you i would try both

yes, i've tried every day i send about 3 or 4 email but they dont answer, they only answered the first time i send an email telling them that i had paid, so they told me that i had to send my deposit bills by fax so i did it (november 11). until today i haven't received nothing :cry:
