arriving on monday and was just wondering if on tues night there will be coaches going to the fanfest in cologne for the england-sweden game and if so, do we need to book now or would mon when we arrive be time enough?

Mark, there are coaches going to all the fanfest for the matches but you are supposed to book transfers before you arrive. Hope that helps
