Post subject: Money: (Travellers Cheques etc)
I was just wondering what everyone is doing for cash whilst they are over there.
Will there be anywere on the site to change travellers cheques and how much will it likely cost?
and
is there a charge for drawing out money from cash machines?
Cheers

On site it is cash only, but there are 2 banks within walking distance.
There is no charge for treveller cheques but not every bank changes foreign currency and they have really short opening hours.
All banks provide 24-hour cash machines, which accept most credit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Maestro or American Express. There is a cost of ~3€ per withdraw, though.

What would you recmommend in terms of taking money Bernie?
Taking travellers cheques or cash or using the machines whilst we are out there. I have read that there are 2 cash machines nearby but as there so many people going over will they run dry?
Also, I think I have read somewhere that there will be safety deposit boxes availblie is that true?
Cheers
