i found this on bigsoccer.com
some users have started receiving their tickets.

our TST 3 france tickets have arrived in sydney!
i called fifa today and said that they are here, so we should have them in a few days.
the rest of our tickets have been printed, but havent been shipped yet.
all tickets going out of germany will be posted out latest 5th of May.
so we should get them soon!
