Everybody who hasn´t send in their details will have to go through the hassle of making them on site before they can check in.
I advise arriving really early.

You can come whenever you want.
If the office is closed you can check in with security, but it will take even longer with them to have the ids done.

Yes, they have access to them.
But in your case the office will be open anyway.

I sent an email in 2 weeks ago and sent another email today but have since heard it is too late if you haven't received them. My invoice is IN9** and we arrive on the 9th at about 10pm will we still be able to get into the campsite
