I've posted this before elsewhere a few weeks ago but no1 replied. I only require a journey back from frankfurt on the coach..if anyone is planning to make their own way back to the campsite so they can stay out I'm happy to go halves with you on the trip!
bern, will this be possible? I.e if a bloke makes the trip to frankfurt under his name, will I be allowed (as a female) to make the trip back under his name..or will we have tickets?
I am booked on coaches for the other england games but as i arrive in frankfurt on fri nite i wont be at the campsite til sat nite.
Sorry, i think i'm even boring myself now!

@GlennTHFC
You don´t need to let us know because if you are not at the bus 15min before the departure they will leave without you or you can give your ticket to kryspyg or somebody else.

Berni,
i went to the games in portugal, and want to do a similar thing in germany, we got to the host city like 10.30 for the atmosphere in the main squares. id much rather stay longer through the day if possible.
because the main squares empty out about 1.30 hours before the game, and we dont wanna miss the chnace of flying our flag in the main square, and getting on TV!
Also is there big screens outside the grounds, where we can watch if we dont manage to buy tickets?
cheers

If you take our coaches you will be in the host cities for at least 8 hours.
Each city will have at least 1 large screen with public viewing.
I n Berlin there are 5 that i know of and Nike is even building a 11.000 spectators stadium.
Also any bar will have a big screen.

First post... hello all!
Would agree with getting there early and leaving late. Taking in the atmosphere of the day and particularly for us ticketless lot...
We need to get in some serious drinking around the ticket negotiating...

Post subject: Getting to Muecke or Giessen
Hi Berni
I'm planning on buying an interrail ticket so I can travel as much as I want by train during the WC. And i'm wondering if it's easy to get to Muecke, I read somewhere that it was 5 km from the campsite, so it wouldn't be nice to walk every time i want to get to a city.
Any info you have about that would be nice....

Post subject: Arrive in the host city EARLY
Would rather arrive in the host city early in the morning say 11.00am to soak up the atmosphere, arriving at 16.00 is far to late! The majority of us will be looking for tickets so need to be there as soon as possible.
